Firstly the logo and mascots are the official Euro designs, I added the football with all the countries flags that are participating in the tournament, I made this by using a picture of a football and then used a polygonal lasso to go around the edge of each patch and then pasted the flags inside them, I also added a filter and a blur so it gives a movement motion from the mascot's foot.

good idea. always working hey!!! top of the ball loses the shape and not sure if the "motion blur" should also have the shadow of the flags colour?
Must have been a difficult diplomatic decision as to where to place each country. Wars have been started over less!!
